This is a true enterprise IT delivery role operating inside a formal PPM framework. The selected leader will manage complex technology and AI initiatives tied to pricing systems, financial platforms, operational efficiency, and enterprise data capabilities.

This is not a marketing PM.
This is not a coordinator.

Opportunity Overview

This Senior Project Manager will operate within a mature PMO and enterprise governance structure utilizing Planview and hybrid Agile/Waterfall methodologies. The role requires disciplined financial oversight, executive communication, and the ability to navigate cross-functional enterprise technology teams.

The portfolio includes initiatives across pricing capabilities, financial transparency systems, operational technology modernization, and emerging AI-driven solutions.

This role demands a leader who can operate comfortably at the intersection of Technology and Finance.

Core Responsibilities

Lead multiple concurrent enterprise technology initiatives from initiation through closure
Drive governance adherence within structured PPM frameworks
Own full financial lifecycle management including forecasting, budget tracking, and variance reporting (OpEx, CapEx, labor)
Manage RAID logs, dependencies, executive dashboards, and milestone tracking
Operate within hybrid Agile and Waterfall delivery models
Facilitate Agile ceremonies while maintaining enterprise reporting discipline
Partner cross-functionally with Technology, Finance, Pricing, Data, and AI teams
Proactively manage risks, stakeholder alignment, and executive communications

Required Expertise

5+ years of enterprise IT project management experience
Proven experience delivering projects using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Hands-on experience with Planview within a PPM structure
Strong financial forecasting and budget ownership experience
PMP certification
Executive-level communication and presentation capability

Preferred Background

Experience supporting pricing systems, finance platforms, supply chain technology, or regulated enterprise environments
Exposure to AI, automation, analytics, or enterprise data initiatives
Experience working within large, highly governed enterprise PMOs
